1. Must be on at least a few times a week to make sure all team member's needs are met
2. Organizes try-outs and practices
3. Must be at all practices to help team members having trouble
4. Must be willing to help others
5. Must have had at least some previous experience in Quidditch
6. Must be a 5th year, 6th year, or 7th year.
Ok, that's pretty much it. Live up to these, and you'll make an amazing captain!
